As the world is coming out of the coronavirus pandemic, this Easter Sunday, I have been getting a prompting that God has a message for all of humanity.
To clarify, the coronavirus was not caused by God but is being used to capture our waning attention.
Here in the UK, the rainbow has been a sign of support for the health, social care and keyworkers delivering essential services on the “front line”. In our greatest moment of distress for a generation, we looked to a rainbow coalition of doctors, nurses, allied health workers, care home staff, delivery drivers, grocery shop workers, etc.
Now this, Easter Sunday, God is calling our attention to look at another rainbow and I will explain what it means below but before I discuss the rainbow, let me share some things that I am learning.
God’s covenant of love to us is apparent in nature, therefore people of all faiths and none can sense God’s love, power and nearness. That is why we should all stop arguing amongst ourselves and learn from each other. God is never far from each and everyone of us and there are innumerable ways to sense God’s nearness.
However, there is only one way to access the indwelling God, which gives the power for a new birth and the transformation from God near or with us to God in us.
This way is JESUS. This is not a religion, it can work for people of all religious backgrounds or none.
It is simply accepting God’s Love by The Father’s sacrifice of The Son for our sins giving access to The Holy Spirit to live in us and transform us by a rebirth of Love not by rules.
For clarity, God has always existed in three forms. God the Son is not a child of God the Father or God the Holy Spirit (the Mother’s heart of God) in the way, we human beings have children.
The forms are roles. They have taken on these roles to provide accessibility for humanity. They all equally submit to and honour each other as God and joyfully fulfil their roles. Which is why there is only one God. The Three are One.
The process through which God is formed in us by the Holy Spirit after we accept Jesus’ sacrifice is called Grace and is shown in the Bible.
There are many manuals that will give accurate perspectives of the innumerable God near us or God with us methods. And there is much to learn from all these books. However, there is only one book which shows us the God in us method and that is the Bible.
The Bible is not just a book, it is a divinely written expression of Jesus, The Word, so it is indispensable in understanding about Grace.
Now, as I prefix most things, I know only in part but, I have pieced this together from the Bible and present the Divine Rainbow Theory, God Covenant of Love to all of humanity:
Red – God the Father (Love, Fire, Sacrifice)
Orange – God the Holy Spirit (The Breath of God, Air, The Mother’s heart of God)
Yellow – God the Son (the Resurrected Servant-King, The Bread of Life (body) Eternal Life (blood))
Green – The First Humans (Adam & Eve (before the fall), Abraham & Sarah and their Jewish lineage – God from the outside in)
Blue – The Second Human (Jesus Christ , Water of life, The Son of God and Man)
Indigo – The Re-born Human (Grace – God from the inside out)
Violet – The Perfected Human (Grace & Glory – God inside and outside)
White – All the Rainbow Colours (The Glory of God – Body of Perfected Humanity, The Bride of Christ)
(Black – Fallen Humans (Adam & Eve -after the fall, The Sinful Human – devoid of colour)
Now I’ve painted the rainbow, I need to explain it. Therefore, the next part assumes some biblical knowledge.
Perfected Humanity ‘God inside and outside’ was always the plan. All three persons of the Godhead in full communion with humanity as it was in the Garden of Eden, but better. The Rainbow was God’s covenant with Noah that this glory would be restored and within seven generations of Adam’s seed, we see a glimpse in Enoch. Noah was four generations from Enoch.
Enoch used the ‘God from the outside in’ method to develop such intimacy with God, that one day he disappeared from the earthly realm to the heavenly realm. I believe that Enoch had a revelation of God’s future plan for humanity to have ‘God inside and outside’ and he pleased God by faith which is why God took him. He is one of two people in the Old Testament who never tasted of death. The other was Elijah.
Using the ‘God from the outside in’ method, The Glory of God that was on Noah, Abraham and then Moses was gradually growing in intensity until it came into near-fullness in Elijah but, he was unable to develop the mental and emotional stability to handle the near-fullness of the glory in human flesh so, he was caught up. But before he left, it was passed on to Elisha in double portion. It would have continued to multiply if it was passed on. But, Elisha also struggled with the near-fullness of the glory inside of Him and died without passing it on highlighting the limitation of the ‘God from the outside in’ method.
That was the last time the glory of God in its near-fullness was manifest in human flesh until John the Baptist’s arrival (He was the last prophet to use the God from the outside in method). This is not to say that God’s glory was not manifest upon people like David, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel, Esther, Nehemiah, etc. They all partially manifested the Glory of God. It was the fullness of the Glory that was missing. All facets of the Holy Spirit of God; love, wisdom, understanding, advice, power, knowledge and the (holy) fear of the Lord.
When Jesus came, His sacrifice made the switch and God could now live in man (the ‘God from the inside out’ method) bringing the glory of God back to the earth as seen in the early church. After this, it was lost again, by dilution with religion and the addition of works although we have had glimpses of it with Martin Luther and the Reformation, the Wesley Brothers, Smith Wigglesworth, Charles Spurgeon, Azusa Street, the Welsh revival, etc but, it is here again.
Get ready for the greatest revival ever seen in human history. God perfected in a body of believers in whom the sinful nature is dead. They live for God’s kingdom and have no self-agenda. They walk in respect and honour to each other. The love of God is perfected in their spirits, souls and bodies. This beautiful bride of Christ is manifesting the glory of God and will recreate the earth.
We will see tomorrow, in the final instalment, how we as humanity need to respond to this Divine Rainbow Covenant.
Scriptural References (more available on request)
‘For he knew all about us before we were born and he destined us from the beginning to share the likeness of his Son. This means the Son is the oldest among a vast family of brothers and sisters who will become just like him. Having determined our destiny ahead of time, he called us to himself and transferred his perfect righteousness to everyone he called. And those who possess his perfect righteousness he co-glorified with his Son!’

Revelation 21:2 NLT
‘For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. ‘
